Denie Marie Wark

I am an artist inspired by the whimsical wonders in our everyday; nature, insects, botanicals, children, and all sorts of imaginary creatures. I create my artwork in a variety of mediums; gouache, watercolor, ink, and I even dabble in wood burning and digital arts. I am a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI). If you would like to see more of my work I can be found on Instagram @dmarieillustration and deniemarie.com. When not doodling, I can be found with a sweet cup of coffee and a good book, taking a walk, or exploring the yard for flora and fauna. Creating art that makes you smile is my joy!
